Committed to constant innovation and continuous development, Rail-Veyor® has been testing its 53-car system at their test site near Vale’s Frood-Stobie Mine Complex in Sudbury, Ontario. The Rail-Veyor® train has logged approximately 8,000 loops around the 750 metre track fully loaded and has been put to the test in extremes to optimize its design, safety and functionality.

Safety Testing Extreme derailment testing demonstrates that Rail-Veyor’s effective safety system and safety cables prevent major incidents.  The system can be back in full production in a short time frame by simply using a boom truck to install the rail cars back onto the track.
