Rail-Veyor Wheels - Material HaulageThe first rail car in the Rail-Veyor® system has a set of four cast hardened steel wheels.  The rest of the cars have two.  This allows for a more articulatedAn articulated vehicle is a vehicle which has a permanent or semi-permanent pivoting joint in its construction, allowing the vehicle to turn more sharply. movement and flexibility along the curves of the rail.

Axels 

The Rail-Veyor system uses stub axels where each wheel operates independently.

Safety Cable

Rail-Veyor Safety Cable - Material HaulageSafety is further enhanced with 36,000 kg tensile strength safety cable that is attached to each car.  The cable prevents the cars from separating in the event of a clevis failure.
